Pepperdine's Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) program has earned an international reputation as the premier graduate program in the field and as an innovator of experiential learning. Designed for the experienced professional, the MSOD program prepares leaders in the art and science of managing strategic change. You will tap deep into your own self-awareness as a means to effect positive and meaningful change in the organization.
Blended Learning: A Mix of Online and Face-to-Face
The two-year program incorporates six face-to-face sessions, each lasting one week, plus integrated online learning in between sessions. Three of the face-to-face sessions take place in California while the other three are held in international locations (China, Costa Rica, and France). The unique design of the program make it feasible for students from all over the world to participate in the program.
A Truly Global Experience
The MSOD program is the only graduate OD program in the world that spends more than 30 percent of class time in international locations. Going beyond simulations or simple company visits, you work directly with local managers in real settings on real issues. As OD becomes increasingly global and cross-cultural, graduates are well-prepared to help organizations develop their international capabilities.
