Admission Requirements
The Graziadio School seeks applicants with professional work experience who want to develop or enhance their leadership skills. The admission committee evaluates each candidate's overall credentials, including work experience, test scores and academic preparation. Application deadlines ยป
- Bachelor's degree. You must have a bachelor's degree with an acceptable grade point average from a regionally accredited four-year college or university.
- Work experience. Minimum three years of work experience is required, five years recommended.
- Application for admission. You must complete an application from Pepperdine, including required essays, organization chart, and resume with a check for a nonrefundable $75 application fee.
- Professional recommendation. Pepperdine requires two letters of recommendation from current or previous managers or mentors qualified to assess your ability to pursue a graduate degree. A recommendation form is included in the application for admission.
- GRE, MAT, or GMAT score. You must have an acceptable score on the Graduate Record Exam (GRE), Miller Analogies Test (MAT) or Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) taken within the last five years. - Official transcripts. You must provide an official transcript with your bachelor's degree posted from your undergraduate university. Please have the school's registrar mail your transcript directly to the Graziadio School Admission Office. If work toward your undergraduate degree was completed at additional colleges or universities, please request official transcripts from all institutions. Transcript request forms are included in the application for admission. International students should provide translated copies of their transcripts.

Requirements for International Students
- TOEFL. If your primary language is not English and you have not graduated from a college or university in the United States, you will need a minimum score of 550 written or 213 computer adaptive on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). For a test application, write TOEFL, Educational Testing Service, Box 6151, Princeton, NJ, USA 08541-6151, or visit http://www.toefl.org/. Please have your TOEFL score sent to Pepperdine University's Graziadio School (institution code # 4630).
- International Student Data Form and Financial Statement. If you do not hold a permanent resident visa in the United States, you will need to submit the International Student Data Form and Financial Statement before an I-20 form can be processed. To obtain this form, contact the Graziadio School Admission Office at (310) 568-5500. - Transcripts. You must provide a copy of your transcripts, translated into English.
