The M.S. in Management and Leadership (MSML) is designed to help you bring forth your true inner leader. With a focus on self-awareness, you will gain a deep understanding of your own personal leadership style and how best to apply it as a manager to motivate teams, build alliances, and enhance your influence skills. You will build the knowledge and confidence to advance to a higher managerial level, all within a values-centered learning environment that focuses on your personal as well as professional development.

MBA or MSML?

While the MBA provides an overall foundation of all functional areas of a business enterprise, the MSML focuses specifically on developing the knowledge and skills to enhance your ability to manage people and lead teams.
