Pepperdine’s Full-time MBA will develop your ethical leadership skills through a relevant, experience-driven, values-based business education in a truly inspiring location in Malibu, California.
Spend a year (or two) in Malibu
Pepperdine's One-year MBA is for students who have at least three years of business experience and want to accelerate their career plans. Our Two-year MBA is for students who have at least one year of work experience and want the flexibility to incorporate internships and study abroad experiences into their education. Both programs meet at our stunning campus in Malibu, California, a place of inspiring natural beauty.
Learn from faculty experience
Pepperdine's small class sizes—just a third the size of many of our competitors' classes—mean you'll have ready access to Pepperdine's accomplished business faculty. The faculty combines superior academic credentials with extensive experience as executives, consultants, and entrepreneurs. They not only know—and shape—the theory behind finance, operations, marketing, and economics, they know how those disciplines function in the real world. They bring that perspective directly to the classroom, ensuring that your education is grounded in the real-world application of the latest business ideas.
Learn through experience
Pepperdine's innovative Education to Business (E2B) program, which U.S. News & World Report ranks among its "Top 10 College Courses that Will Pay Off at Work," provides you with hands-on consulting experience while you earn your MBA. Working as a team, you and your classmates will research the strategic needs of a partner company and present recommendations based on your insights. You can also gain hands-on experience through Pepperdine's Business Plan Competition and study abroad opportunities [link to study abroad].
Profit from your values
Earn a certificate in the Socially, Environmentally, and Ethically Responsible Business Strategy (SEER) program and learn how to apply SEER concepts to all aspects of business through four macro-values: corporate social responsibility, environmental stewardship, financial strength and superior product/service.
Tailor your education
Pepperdine's concentrations allow you to tailor your MBA to meet your specific career goals. Choose from:
- Digital Innovation and Information Systems
