Mr. Rehfeld is a seasoned marketing-driven CEO with 30 years of software, content and hardware experience in the PC, digital imaging and multi-media industries. He has a strong track record of commercializing technical innovations through third party distribution channels into the business and consumer markets. He also has significant international strategic relationship experience with Asian companies, especially at the senior executive level, and has been a Federal Trade Commission monitor overseeing and reporting on the sale of a software division to EDS.
Mr. Rehfeld is currently working as a CEO coach for six CEOs in California and is serving as an outside board of director member of four software and hardware companies. These consist of three public and one VC backed companies that range in sales from $5M to $1.5B. Mr. Rehfeld is also the Chairman of the Forum for Corporate Directors in OC. He has published articles about the role of the board in CEO transition and the role of the board in company strategy. He is currently working on a book on reinventing the role of the corporate director.

Teaching Experience
Mr. Rehfeld has taught at the Graziadio School since 1998. He has also been a regular guest lecturer at the Kellogg Graduate School, Northwestern University, the EMBA program at San Diego State University and at UCI.
