Professional Experience
Kathleen's more than twenty years of professional experience spans across industry sectors with her most recent focus in technology. Kathleen has expertise in cross-functional management positions including technical, marketing and sales areas as well as general management. Kathleen also has international experience working with both government and private sectors. While living and working in Europe, Kathleen secured strong international business relationships and expanded global alliances with privately owned companies and large multinational corporations. During this time, Kathleen engaged in strategic planning and implementation management focused on mergers/acquisitions also covering related corporate law, standards and guidelines. Currently, Kathleen is a business development executive in IBM's Software Group Division with global responsibilities across strategic industry sectors.

Teaching Experience
Kathleen brings a wide range of teaching experience from the business environment. She has prepared and delivered subject matter for technical audiences as well as leadership courses to executives and management teams. Kathleen is a regular guest speaker at many professional and industry conferences.

Kathleen is an active mentor and coach, enjoys helping others cultivate stronger relationships and alliances with their internal and external clients. In previous years, Kathleen was Director of the IBM Silicon Valley EXITE program, and continues to support Women in Technology focused programs.

Summary
Kathleen's comprehensive knowledge of organizational process design, strategic planning, and implementation compliments the content of the Pepperdine Executive Program. Kathleen is an exceptional people manager, and promotes an open environment for communication. In her Class Advisor role, she looks forward to supporting the teaching team and facilitating a productive learning environment for individual students, teams, and the EMBA class as a group.
