He comments on the behaviors, investment characteristics and market cues influencing the decisions of small business owners, entrepreneurs, capital providers (angel investors, venture capital, private equity funds, mezzanine funds, commercial lenders, asset-backed lenders, factors, and equipment leasing), intermediaries (investment bankers and business brokers), business appraisers, and limited partners. He specializes in the valuation of privately-held companies and financial economic trends.
