The Graziadio School’s MBA case competition team Mike Beaudoin, Royce Kunze, Dave Lederman, and Eva Prenosi placed first in their division in the 30th Annual John Molson MBA International Case Competition in Montreal. Thirty-six business schools from around the globe were represented at the world’s oldest and largest MBA competition, held the first week of January, and Graziadio team finished fifth overall.
“They did an outstanding job by taking us into the semi-finals and offering our best performance so far at the international competition,” praised faculty advisor Andrea Scott (pictured). “We thank them for representing Graziadio so well.”
The John Molson MBA International Case Competition, a not-for-profit event organized annually by MBA students at the John Molson School of Business, bridges the gap between corporate and academic worlds through a live case experience. Students analyze and evaluate unpublished business cases using the skills, knowledge and experience they have acquired from their respective MBA curricula, relying only on their own abilities without the aid of PowerPoint and the Internet.
Graziadio student Michael Brigham (also pictured) served as this year’s alternate and will be part of next year’s team.
