The Graziadio School MSOD Alumni Network Board is pleased to present the third Webinar of the "What's New" Webinar series: "What's New in Nonprofit Organization Development," presented by MSOD Professor Gary Mangiofico.
Dr. Mangiofico will engage us in a very interactive discussion about the key elements of design and OD consulting in nonprofits and how it differs from for-profit organizational consulting. He will discuss such areas as:
- Organizational Performance and Design
- Governance
- Leadership
- Stakeholders
- Environmental Influences
- Other features of differentiated work in the nonprofit sector
This Webinar will be more participative than previous ones in the series, so come prepared with questions you have about OD consulting with nonprofits.
Registration and Fees:
Webinar fee: $25
You will receive login information and a copy of the speaker's PowerPoint presentation the week prior to the Webinar.
About the Speaker:
In addition to his work as a highly respected core MSOD faculty member, Gary Mangiofico has built a highly successful nonprofit organization from the ground up. In less than four years, his organization includes 350 preschools — with 60 more in the works — and more than 10,000 students anticipated to be served in this next school year. Additionally, he implemented an OE/OD department in his organization, Los Angeles Universal Preschool, better known as LA-UP, which has gone on to win the California Award for Performance Excellence Award (California's State Level Malcolm Baldrige equivalent).
