Signature Programs

The Fully Employed MBA program offers an immersive, highly collaborative evening and weekend education for students advancing into management responsibilities who wish to continue working while pursuing a degree. Classes are offered in West Los Angeles, Irvine, Encino, and Westlake Village on a flexible schedule.

The Full-time MBA program provides professionals on sabbatical or employed part-time with an immersive daytime and early evening experience, earning an MBA as part of a 12-month, 15-month or 20-month cohort on the Malibu campus. Master of Science degrees in Applied Finance or Global Business, as well as a 5-year BS/MBA degree for undergraduates, are also available.

The Executive MBA program is an evening and weekend cohort program for the manager advancing into senior levels of responsibility who wish to continue to working while pursuing their degree. Sessions are available in Southern California and the Silicon Valley area.

The only program of its kind, designed for C-Level executives and seasoned business owners, the Presidents and Key Executives MBA program enables graduates to translate a lifetime of experience and knowledge into personal and professional capital that delivers lasting meaningful benefit for themselves, for their most trusted relationships and for their organization.

The M.S. in Management and Leadership program provides the working professional with a deep understanding of his or her personal leadership style as a manager and how that mastery motivates teams, builds alliances, and enhances influence skills.

The M.S. in Entrepreneurship offers highly motivated aspiring entrepreneurs a focused 20-month program that emphasizes unlocking one’s creativity to identify bankable startup ideas and building a business that is deliberately structured and built for profitability.

The M.S. in Organization Development program, among the few in the country, prepares leaders in the art and science of managing strategic change through field research, international professional engagement, and applied learning coursework.

The B.S. in Management program is an evening and weekend program for working professionals who wish to complete an upper-division business education and qualify for an accelerated MBA and/or J.D. degree.
