My Story

Kimberley Jutze is the Founder and Chief Change Architect of Shifting Patterns Consulting, which is a B Corporation that facilitates social change by working alongside changemakers to enhance their financial and organizational sustainability. Throughout her career, Kimberley has helped organizations in Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America determine their strategic direction, secure funding, and build stronger teams.

My Story

Marco Cassone has a lifelong passion for insight, mentoring, and coaching. He has created and lead professional development programs in arts education across four continents. In his current board role serving the OD Network, Marco designs and develops programs for graduate student members of the world's largest professional association for OD practitioners.

The Pepperdine MSOD program introduced me to powerful people, processes, and practical experiences that changed the trajectory of my professional career. I entered the program looking to understand models and theories. I was fortunate to find a unique group of individuals - classmates, faculty, and advisors - who motivated me and challenged me. Each class session was an intensive learning lab, forming different project teams, consulting with clients in different global locations, and practically applying organization development theory daily. I graduated with a stronger conviction in my work, a toolkit filled with invaluable practical experiences and knowledge that can I apply everyday, and a great professional network who supports my development.

My Story

John Atwood is a Learning and Development Manager at Google. He partners with engineering leadership to grow engineering talent and scale learning programs and resources globally. Recent work includes developing leadership development programs that focus on peer consultation, case study work and mentorship, leading a global team who creates site-specific communities of practice, and scaling team development resources across Engineering. During his time at Google, John has worked in the US and Switzerland, and also partnered with leadership and teams across Asia, Europe, and South America.

My Story

Melissa is a Senior Consultant at OnPrem Solution Partners, a consulting and product development firm focused on media and entertainment. She works with clients to help drive strategy, process and technology changes that enable companies to achieve success. Prior to this role, Melissa was a Change Management Consultant focused on developing organization readiness tools and activities in support of large-scale technology changes.

My Story

Martin Goldberg is Principal of Distant Drummer LLC, a Washington DC area organization development and strategic change firm. He previously served for many years as Managing Director of KPMG/BearingPoint's North American Change Solutions Practice and as Vice President of OD for California based Imperial Bank, working closely with its founders George Eltinge and George Graziadio. He serves as Learning Group Consultant in the program and on its Alumni Board.

Jennifer Case is an Organization Development Manager at Activision Blizzard, where she focuses on global talent management, leadership development and organization development efforts. Prior to joining Activision, Jennifer worked in talent acquisition for Mattel and held various strategic HR positions for a leading human capital consulting firm.

My Story

Kim Goff, Organization Effectiveness Partner at Intel, works at the organizational level with businesses undergoing significant change, major organizational challenges, or where other acute org-level help is needed to achieve the business strategy. Prior to this role, Kim spent 10 years driving improved performance at Nike, Inc., through a variety of HR/OD and business leadership roles.
