One-Year Accredited MS Program
Master of Science in Real Estate
The full-time 3-trimester (one-year) MS in Real Estate (MSRE) provides a broad and deep knowledge to students' careers across different sectors of real estate: real estate law, development & construction, real estate finance, capital markets, and asset management. In addition to real estate fundamentals, the MSRE teaches interpersonal, career, and technology skills to elevate students' prospects and prepare them for the contemporary, fast-growing real estate market.
Featuring the Pepperdine Education to Business (E2B) program – a signature hands-on learning experience available only through the Graziadio School – the Institute steeps students in real world business challenges in real estate. Graduates gain a practical understanding of finance, investments, economics, development, and real estate law, all of which are necessary to succeed in a competitive international real estate environment.
The program requires the completion of 34 to 40 units, allowing each student to expand and customize the curriculum to fit personal and professional objectives.
