Diplomas

Diploma jackets are distributed at the ceremony. The actual diploma will be mailed to you following graduation. As a graduate, you will receive one copy of your diploma and transcript with your degree posted.

It is your responsiblity to contact the Office of the University Registrar if there is a change of address. Your certificate is a legal document and cannot be duplicated if sent to an incorrect address.  Therefore, it is highly recommended that you verify the address on file, via WaveNet, prior to commencement. 

Diploma certificates are mailed to the graduate approximately 90 days after the degree is posted.  It is important that you check your student account to verify a "zero balance" status. If there is a balance on your student account, no matter how small the amount, the Registrar's Office will not send out your diploma.
