Our student body is actively involved in a number of clubs and activities outside the classroom. This involvement enhances the overall learning experience and encourages the collaborative spirit fostered at the Graziadio School. Malibu Graduate Business Society
The Malibu Graduate Business Society (MGBS) is the student government association for the Full-time MBA program at Pepperdine University. MGBS is the primary association to facilitate all student interests. MGBS assigns students to faculty and administrative committees, hosts top corporate speakers, plans networking and social events, and supervises and promotes all student organizations and clubs. Asian Business Club
The Asian Business Club's (ABC) primary objective is to build a platform for students and alumni who are interested in Asian related business to network together, collaborate, and share resources. With companies increasingly focused on global business opportunities, the club also focuses on creating career opportunities in companies who have a presence in both Asia and the U.S. By leveraging the first-hand knowledge of Asian culture, business practices, and politics, ABC strives to enhance the Graziadio global learning experience. C4C (Challenge for Charity)
The MBA Challenge for Charity is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that draws on the talents, energy, and resources of MBAs from nine West Coast business schools (Pepperdine, Stanford, USC, UCD, UCI, UCLA, USF, UC Berkeley, and University of Washington) to raise funds and volunteer for the Special Olympics and other charities throughout the year. Consulting Collective
The aim of the Consulting Collective is to unite students who enjoy all aspects of strategic problem-solving in a hands-on and informative environment. Members will have opportunities to learn about the varying avenues of consulting, interact with consulting industry professionals, and prepare for a career in this exciting field. Entertainment Club
This organization brings together students interested in the media/entertainment industry. Members become familiarized and educated with the local entertainment industry through:
- Networking events with other Southern California MBA programs
- Entertainment professionals brought in to discuss different aspects of the industry (movies, TV, music, etc.)
- Industry networking events
- Social events and activities (off campus)

Entrepreneurship Society
The Entrepreneurship Society aims to facilitate an environment of entrepreneurship in the classroom and throughout the community. The Entrepreneurship Society hosts a variety of activities and events throughout the year. Finance Club
The purpose of the Finance Club is two-fold. First, the club seeks to introduce the student to the various fields within the finance industry. The club hosts speakers during informal lunch breaks to discuss topics such as real estate, investment banking, and private wealth management. The second purpose of the club is to introduce students to industry professionals. Each year the club holds the ACG. Cup - an investment banking competition held among USC's, UCLA's and Pepperdine's MBA programs. The annual event is hosted by the Association for Corporate Growth® an organization composed of successful L.A.-based finance professionals. Graziadio Christian Business Society
The Graziadio Christian Business Society's main purpose is to serve as a community for business students devoted to living a Christ-filled life, preserving values in business and fostering spiritual growth through fellowship. Graziadio Student Ambassadors
The purpose of the Graziadio Student Ambassadors is three-fold: 1) to provide current students an opportunity to become involved in marketing the Graziadio School, 2) allow students to "give back" to the University, and 3) to recruit qualified and capable students. Membership is by selection at the beginning of each year. Members serve as campus hosts when candidates visit campus and as contact candidates by telephone and email. High Tech Business Management Association
The High Tech Business Management Association (HTBMA) drives the Pepperdine Graziadio student community with business management opportunities within high-tech companies of industry areas such as business development, strategic planning, consulting, finance, marketing, operations, human resources, product development, manufacturing, entrepreneurship and project management. HTBMA promotes various networking events to connect and learn from our distinguished Graziadio alumnus & faculty members. Marketing Society
Pepperdine's Marketing Society provides professional development, networking and educational opportunities to students planning to pursue careers in marketing. We seek to prepare students to successfully attain internships and full-time positions in marketing through a comprehensive schedule of events that includes:

- Networking opportunities with alumni, current students and faculty

Net Impact
Net Impact is a national organization of more than 13,000 MBA students and business professionals dedicated to using the power of business for the greater good. Members work in fields such as corporate social responsibility, microfinance, social enterprise, affordable housing, and sustainable development. Toastmasters Club
Toastmasters is dedicated to helping people become more competent and comfortable in front of an audience. The Graziadio chapter is part of an international organization consisting of nearly 226,000 members in 11,500 clubs in 92 countries, offering a way to practice and hone communication and leadership skills. Participants practice and learn skills by filling a meeting role, ranging from giving a prepared speech or an impromptu one to serving as timer, evaluator or grammarian. The Values-Centered Leadership Lab (VCLL) is a student-driven organization supporting leadership collaboration between the academic and business worlds.
