The Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence (CTLE) advances its mission aligned with the mission and values of the Graziadio School and Pepperdine University by facilitating a culture of learning assessment, evidence-based decisions in teaching and learning and innovation in business education through blended learning.

This mission is achieved through:

• Collecting and analyzing data related to learning assurances
• Equipping faculty by new faculty training, faculty development events and workshops throughout the year
• Functioning as a research group in blended learning and business education
