How to Recruit an Intern

Companies may choose to hire full-time interns for summer positions (available mid-April) or part-time interns during the rest of the year (September-April).

GTO

1. Post Your Position Online

The Graziadio School offers a free career site, Graziadio Talent Online (GTO), for employers to post openings conveniently online. Create a company profile and you'll have access to the complete network of Pepperdine students and graduates seeking internships and full-time employment.

2. Participate in On-Campus Interviews

On-campus interviews provide employers with the opportunity to meet and evaluate potential interns. The Career Services Office will work to coordinate interviews based on your schedule and manage all aspects of your campus visit.

3. Attend a Career Fair

The Graziadio School sponsors career fairs and other career panels and events throughout the year. Build awareness of career opportunities in your organization by participating in a career fair or network with students and alumni at career events.
