Jaime launched his new venture Shadys in January this year at 2010 PGA Merchandise Show with Fully Employed MBA classmates Asif Ahmed and Adam Krizek. Shadys is the golf cart shade screen that keeps golfers cooler with up to 90% shade and protected from the sun’s harmful UV rays that can cause skin damage and premature aging. Also, Shadys can be personalized with full-color printing of artwork, logos, images and even a personal message. The screen does not require modification of existing fleets of golf carts, making it ideal for use by tournaments, golf clubs, and resorts, as well as any business using golf carts such as universities.

Jaime serves as Shadys president, founder and CEO with Asif as director of marketing and Adam on-board as director of finance and operation. He credits his mother-in-law, Adrienne Broch, for giving him the idea. Adrienne use to dread playing golf at mid-day. Says Adrienne, “Thanks to Shadys I no longer need to play golf only during the early morning or late afternoon hours, and I don’t need to spend time on the course trying to find shade, concerning myself about sunburns, or stressing about skin damage. Shadys let’s me enjoy golfing and driving around the neighborhood on a golf cart….stress free and looking good”.  continue
