Jeffrey recently accepted a position as KARL STORZ Endoscopy‘s new organizational development specialist.

From 2009-2011, Jeffrey was the principal consultant at Integrity Solutions Consulting, where he analyzed system strengths and weaknesses, help increase awareness of workplace dynamics, improve strategic capacity, develop organizational strategies, and coach leaders to work effectively at a number of organizations.

Among his many undertakings, Jeffrey was a guest lecturer at California State University, Northridge, teaching organization development classes on consultant interventions and tools for analysis. He also co-authored an article for Talent Management magazine on how to leverage employee complaints to build engagement (May I See Your Whine List?, February 2011).

Jeffrey completed his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University where he studied communications, psychology and sociology. He is a 2008 graduate of Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management, where he earned a Master of Science in Organization Development.

John was recently named director of global brand management and marketing communications at Meritor.

Curt has been named executive vice president of strategy and integration at The Pursuant Group, a full-service fundraising and communications consulting firm.

Curt has more than 25 years of experience in strategic and operational leadership and has worked extensively in donor development and marketing for mission-minded organizations. He will lead the strategic development of Pursuant’s services to the faith-based market. He will also manage the integration of acquisitions and services across all Pursuant Group brands. continue

Yong has joined Jingwei International Limited as chief financial officer. Yong is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a CFA Charter Holder in the US. He brings to Jingwei over 10 years of senior financial planning and accounting management, investment analysis, and financial audit experience in multi-national companies in the US and in China.

In this position, he led CNC’s predecessor Sing Kung Ltd. to merge with InterAmerican Acquisition Group Inc, resulting in the merged company trading on the OTC Bulletin Board in September 2009. Prior to CNC Development Ltd., he served as a senior financial executive at GWA Capital Partners LLC., an investment hedge fund, in California from June 2007 to July 2008.

Yong’s other experience includes serving as the lead auditor in a number of public company client engagements in the Los Angeles office of Deloitte & Touche LLP. Prior to that, Mr. Xu was an accounting supervisor for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Inc. in Los Angeles.
