Jon, a current senior manager at Nissan Sales and Service Quality, will take on the role of director at Infiniti CQ & DND on May 1, 2012. Jon’s promotion is one of many changes recently announced by Nissan that will directly affect its Americas Customer Quality & Dealer Network Development (CQ & DND) leadership structure. Jon’s appointment is intended to further strengthen Nissan Americas’ support of the company’s ‘Power 88′ business plan.
In his new role, Jon will maintain a dotted reporting relationship to the Infiniti Business Unit. Jon joined Nissan in 1991 and, since then, has held a number of positions of increasing responsibilities.
Jon holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Stockton College, as well as an MBA from Pepperdine University, Graziadio School of Business and Management.

Vernon has been appointed as district service and parts manager at Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. in the San Francisco region. In this position, Vernon will be the primary point of contact for all dealer and district service and parts-related activities.
Vernon has previously held positions in vehicle accessories, Scion, and customer relations.
Headquartered in Torrance, California, Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. (TMS) was established in 1957 and is the U.S. sales, marketing, and distribution arm that oversees operations in 49 states for Toyota, Scion and Lexus products. TMS regional offices coordinate Toyota and Scion vehicle sales, parts and service for dealers in ten regional areas, with two additional regions being served by private distributors. Of the 1,239 Toyota dealers located throughout the U.S., 993 are authorized to sell Scion vehicles.

Power for more than 20 years, has significant experience across all dimensions of the company’s global automotive business, including research and consulting. Headquartered in Westlake Village, Calif., J.D. Power and Associates is a global marketing information services company operating in key business sectors including market research, forecasting, performance improvement, Web intelligence and customer satisfaction.

Vernon was promoted to the San Francisco Regional Sales Analyst position at Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. (TMS) in San Ramon, CA. TMS, Toyota’s U.S. sales and marketing arm, oversees sales and other operations in 49 states. TMS regional offices coordinate Toyota and Scion vehicle sales, parts and service for dealers in 10 regional areas serving 1,235 Toyota dealers located throughout the U.S. Vernon has previously held positions at Toyota Racing Development, Scion, and in Toyota Customer Relations.
