Steve has been appointed by Dutch Gold Resources, Inc. as chief financial officer. Steve has assumed responsibilities for the company’s financial functions and compliance reporting. A certified public accountant, he has significant merger & acquisition experience, and corporate finance expertise, making him an important addition to the board of directors.
“Dutch Gold has reached a stage in its corporate history where we need to broaden the management team. Strengthening our core team is essential to advance the company’s goal of becoming an intermediate mining company,” said Dan Hollis, chief executive officer. “Steve’s extensive background in auditing and compliance makes him the ideal executive to help us execute our strategy.”

Patrick recently obtained the Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA) business valuation credential through the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). Patrick is a director at the Beverly Hills office of Rothstein Kass Business Advisory Services, LLC, focusing on business valuations, economic damage analysis, and fraud and forensic investigations. His practice involves advising clients on valuation matters, working with attorneys on complex business litigation matters, and conducting investigations and analysis relating to fraud (such as ponzi schemes).
